Thanks for increasing the frequency of the newsletter, and for the art! God knows I'm going against my better judgment defending the Wizards, but here goes. It's easy to laugh at them for eating dirt against vastly superior teams (and I have!), but given that Davis Bertans had no incentive to play because he's due for a big payday and Bradley Beal voiced legitimate concerns about health and conditioning in the bubble, I think this was the Wizards' only choice. Since Troy Brown and Thomas Bryant have both looked very good, and Jerome Robinson looks like a potentially viable player for the first time in his NBA career, team management has a point when they say that regardless of how much they lose, the bubble can still be a success for them. Giving these guys some run against legit playoff teams is worth being mocked by Coach Rick.
