I'm happy to judge: gambling is objectively stupid and those who peddle it are predatory and exploitative. As a society we need to be making it harder to make ruinous choices, not easier. But capitalists will gladly goad you over the edge into the abyss, as long as they can collect on the way. Disgusting.
You're putting a lotta eggs in Ja's basket. I see them more as a play-in team and the Kings top 6. But hey, what do we know. Shall we make a gentleman's bet on it?
The Dolan vs Silver feud is getting weird and uncomfortable but seems pretty explicable to me at its root - Dolan owns a RSN and RSNs are becoming less meaningful to the league (especially with Bally’s financial situation)…of course, I’m sure he’s also pissed that the Liberty is the toast of NYC after his years of neglecting the team
I read the article that you mentioned and it haunted me, I don't gamble it doesn't appeal to me. But this showed how easy they have made it to get in over your head and how addictive and easily accessible it has become. I'm 100 percent behind you on this. I love basketball not gambling! keep up the awesome work
Re: #12: ESPN hires Reggie Miller for the 3rd chair. Late in the season, Reggie sells out and signs a contract with the Knicks to give them additional three-point depth to compete with Boston in the East. Spike Lee makes the announcement, the world ends.
it's only fitting that, in an arena Ballmer championed for the abundance of restrooms, the clippers first season in the intuit dome is just a giant toilet flushing

Love the predictions, and very much appreciate the exclusion of gambling content in your work!
I am going out on a limb and say that Jokić will finish in the Top 5 for MVP. Is your thinking he won’t play enough games?
100% with you on gambling. We are making it way too easy and way too acceptable for people to fall into this trap.
Memphis a top 3 seed?!?!

I don’t agree with all the predictions but I love them all; they are, indeed, fearless.
As a lifelong Suns fan, I am even more nervous with you picking us to win it all this year. Thanks.
Delightfully amusing predictions. Thank you for keeping the parlays out!
I could see Barkley going to the TNT hockey show and making that a must see

First of all, it looks like they are consulting the Oracle's ass.
I'm going to read the rest of the column now.
