I agree that the list should be expanded but a simpler way would be to go to 3 full (roster-sized) teams. NBA rosters are 15 players -- so why not name 3 All-NBA teams? And no need to designate starters either. That gets you to 45 players being recognized and does away with the needless arguments like 'where's Jocic?'
Yea I’m in to this 9 team business. Seeing my bulls players show up was a fun mixture of ‘hey our guys!’, as well as ‘8th and 9th team?! Yea that makes sense.’
Jamal Murray is missing from your top 9 teams. When he was on this regular season, he was ON. Not saying he should be in the sixth team, but somewhere between 6-9 I feel like he should bump a guy. I legitimately never watched Tyrese Haliburton, DeMar DeRozan, Kyle Kuzma, or Zach LaVine because their teams stunk, so I'm targeting one of them to bump.
Very much biased here but I'm surprised Myles Turner can't get a sniff of what is effectively a top ten list of centers. I guess team success may come into play.
I fail to understand how a player who plays NO defense at all, e.g. Doncic, Randle could be All NBA, much less 1st team. Yeah, they're great players with the ball in their hand but a detriment to their team on the other end of the court.
I think there should be 90 all-NBA teams, so every player can be ranked at the end of the season. Imagine being 90th-team All-NBA.

There should be one all star team. The five best players at each position, period. We have one MVP, so we should have one team.
And it should not impact anyone's contracts. The press should not have that sort of power.
Most NBA teams routinely use a 9- or 10-man rotation. With a realistic pool of 270-300 players, I would support 5 All-NBA teams.

Oh also, to the Plumlee comment, I actually chatted with their dad the other night. Nice guy. Quite tall but not NBA center tall

I think Sacramento wore out Golden State's old ass, and they don't have enough left to beat the god damned Lakers.
It's tragic any way that you slice it.
More doesn't make sense. It's an elite honor. I'm glad they're adding the minimum games played.
What happened to OG Anunoby on the second team? The guy lead the league in steals this season for goodness sakes!
I thought they were moving towards position less teams?
How is Jokic on the second team? He was the second best player in the league this year?
