[Command-F: Pokusevski] What?!?!?

But seriously, my only quibble with this very fun list is that Cade should be much higher. He's already showing the versatility and skill to be the best guy on a bad team, and he'll eventually be the best guy on a good team. (I suspect Jalen Green has superstar potential, too, but his body of work is less persuasive so far.)

Okongwu is listed at 23 and in the "also receiving consideration" section. Also would Gary Trent Jr. qualify? He was born in 99.

I think Alperen Sengun should be on that list too, at least in honorable mentions. He will be starting 5 for the Rockets and younger than most of the players on the list and had a really good rookie season.

No Desmond Bane? 18ppg on solid efficiency, one of the league leaders in 3PT% on volume (7 attempts a game) and he's only 23.

Anthony Edwards a bit higher than I would have put him, I'd have him 11 or 12 and I'm not seeing the Edwards hype quite yet. Okongwu I'd have higher, over Okoro at 20 or so. Good list, good way of thinking about the younger players.

Moses Moody but not Jonathan Kuminga?

You skipped your number 5. Which makes sense because there are definitely not 6 players better than Ant Man. Let alone always injured Zion, and Mobley and Barnes. Good excuse to re-examine your top 6.

It's just a numbering thing - there are two 9s and no 5.
