1. Dallas just handed over 93 started games, and 66.3 minutes played per game, and a first-rounder for a guy who plays, basically when he feels like it. I'm not mad at Irving because being a professional basketball player isn't his primary interest. The strange part for me is how many organizations are willing to bet their futures on a guy like that. If Irving stays with Dallas after the summer, how hard is it to imagine Luka forcing a trade in the next couple of years?
2. Austin Rivers is a punk-ass bitch. Nepotism is one of the great scourges of the world.
The real question is: Is Luka a Mav in two seasons? The Kyrie trade seriously says they're desperate to keep Luka. Luka may already had his people drop hints. In a vacuum, the Mavs didn't give up a ton. (This isn't the Gobert heist at all.) However, the Mavs gave up too much for a guy that is looking for his first team that he doesn't personally blow up. Bold move, Cuban. Good luck.
Much wailing and many gnashings of teeth chez Rev. At least I can start watching the Nets again! (And Spencer Dinwiddie is back where he belongs!)
As a Mavs fan, I'm not sure if I want more long grafs in the future or no grafs. Real "May you live in interesting times" energy.
Kyrie is off my team and GMIB makes an Arrested Development joke? What a day!

No B.I., Zion, or JV on that Pelicans b2b!
